Returns and Refund Policy

If something about your purchase isn't quite right, please contact us — we're happy to help make it right as quickly as we can.

Grief Institute accepts returns within 90 days of purchase.

We know plans can shift, and every so often a course change happens due to a speaker's availability or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to make sure you're supported and satisfied, though please note that our liability is limited to the tuition fee paid.

If you need to send back a physical item, please contact us first so we can keep track of your order. Don't have your packing slip anymore? Just let our customer service team know, and we'll gladly email you a copy.

When you're ready to send your return, please include your printed packing slip along with a short note letting us know why you're returning the item(s). You can mail your return to the address below:
